I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court to approve Amendment No. 2 for Contract No. 2014-123, Commissary Services: Jail, with ARAMARK. This amendment will extend the contract performance period from October 1, 2016 through and including September 30, 2017.

Purchasing Department Action

FYI notification of Amendment No. 2 to RFP No. 2014-123, Commissary Services: Jail with Aramark, to 1) extend contract for one (1) year, effective October 1, 2016 thru and including September 30, 2017, and 2) proposed price changes (see attached) for products purchased by inmates from the commissary. All other product pricing will remain the same. This contract is in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 351.0415. jt
