Department Action

The Engineering Department requests that the contract with McMahon Contracting, LP be adjusted to reflect a change in pavement quantities utilized for construction of the box culvert roadway approach on County Road 664 at a Branch of Indian Creek. This adjustment will result in a net contract decrease of $2649.43.

It should be noted that the box culvert construction was completed on schedule with the roadway recently re-opened to traffic.
