We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Fairview for the Sloan Creek to Fairview Parkway Trail Connection project, ($385,000) bond project 07PG86.

Collin County's participation is a NTE $385,000.00.
