C. Kent Adams, owner of lots 1-5 and lot 6/7 R in the Hills of Lone Star Phase 2B/Deer Meadow subdivision, request Commissioners Court consider approval of the above mentioned re-plat. The intent is to add acreage from Lot 5 to lot 6/7R to create Lot 6/7RR and then combine Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and the remaining acreage of lot 5 to create Tract 1. (See location map and replat attached).
Lot 6/7R was previously replatted in 2014.
No public notification is required.
We recommend Commissioners Court consider approval of The Hills of Lone Star Phase 2B/Deer Meadow, 6/7 RR and Tract 1 Replat
