Department Action

We are currently in the process of purchasing right-of-way required for the future Collin County Outer Loop from the Collin/Denton County Line to State Highway 289. There are approximately twenty-five (25) properties being acquired. As such, we are requesting a budget adjustment of $100,000 to cover initial legal costs associated with this project.
