I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court the request to approve Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Anna ISD Police Department, 2017-067 This agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year ending September 30, 2017.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement No. 2017-067 Interlocal Jail Services for Anna ISD, from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. jt
