Special Commissioners Hearings for four (4) of these parcels were held on separate dates the weeks of November 7 and November 14, 2016.

An award for each parcel will be entered after the Special Commissioners Hearing has occurred and either party has twenty (20) days to appeal the “Award of Commissioners”.

A breakdown for each parcel showing the appraised value and Special Commissioners award will be provided to Commissioners Court for their review and discussion. If desired, Commissioners Court could elect to appeal any of these awards.
