Ryan and Sarah Byrne, owner of Lot 19 in Hills of Lone Star Phase I, Gary and Robin Yesavage Revocable Trust, owners of Lot 20 in the Hills of Lone Star Phase I and the Savenko-Walker Family Trust, owners of lot BB-4 in Phase 5/Bear Branch, request Commissioners Court consideration of the attached replat.

The Gary and Robin Yesavage Revocable trust is selling a portion of their Lot 20 to Ryan and Sarah Byne (owners of lot 19 in Phase I) and the other portion of their lot 20 to the Savenko-Walker Family Trust (Owners of lot BB-4 in phase 5). This will increase the size of lot 19R and lot BB-4R to 5.0 and 5.679 acres.

C. Kent Adams, owner and developer of The Hills of Lone Star Development, is acting as the Declarant for this replat.

No Public Hearing is required for this replat.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court consider approval of the Replat for Lot 19R for the Hills of Lone Star Phase I and Lot BB-4R for the Hills of Lone Star Phase 5 and authorize Judge Self to sign the replat.
