Department Action

Requesting approval to enter into an agreement with Appriss for the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS). The contract period is from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017 in the amount of $27,715.32. The OAG will reimburse Appriss for eligible expenses related to services to Collin County by the vendor approved on Court Order 2016-647-09-12.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to enter into an agreement with Appriss for the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) and authorize County Judge to execute the R13 Agreement Renewal Notice. The contract period is from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017 The OAG will reimburse Appriss for eligible expenses related to services to Collin County by the vendor approved on Court Order 2016-647-09-12.

Auditor's Office Action

Agreement had been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Contract amount of $27,715.32 will be paid directly by the State to Appriss.
