Department Action

The Information Technology department requests that Commissioner Court approve the Juvenile Case Management System Resource Sharing agreement through the Texas Conference of Urban Counties TechShare program. This agreement is part of regular maintenance and funds are currently budgeted for the agreement.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of TechShare Juvenile and Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS) - Basic 2017 Resource Sharing Addendum with the Texas Conference of Urban Counties (CUC) TechShare Program to extend the term until December 31, 2017 and authorize County Judge to execute. Collin County's portion is $261,383.00 cw
