Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval to fund The Prosper Community Library in the amount of $14,308.33 for the 2017 fiscal year to be paid on a quarterly basis beginning October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same.
