We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Plano for the improvements to Cottonwood Creek Trail Extension, Stoney Hollow Park to East Park Blvd, ($395,000) bond project 07PG93.

Collin County's participation shall not $395,000.00.
