I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court the request to approve transfer of funds for the purpose of utilizing seized funds to purchase specialized equipment solely for law enforcement; specifically, to detect and investigate the trafficking of illicit narcotics. The funds will be utilized according to the budget as stated in attached memo.
