Department Action
Oak National Holding, LLC, owner and developer of Hunter Lakes requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat.
LOCATION AND SIZE
The development is located off CR 469, just north of Princeton, TX; see location map attached. The subdivision consist of sixty-five (65) residential lots and 1 Common Area Tract. The lots range from approximately 1 to 4 acres. Not all lots front on an existing county road; therefore road construction is required.
ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The owner has submitted constructions plans and final plat for review. The plans show adequate road cross-sections and drainage patterns within the subdivision. On-site sewage facilities are suitable for this subdivision. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Altoga Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does encroach upon the subdivision and is clearly marked on the plat along with Finished Floor Elevations that meet or exceed the County’s Flood Plain Regulations. Road construction will be required before the plat can be filed or the appropriate financial security will be required.

ACTION
We request Commissioners Court consideration for the approval of the Hunter Lakes Final Plat.
