Department Action
Stonehollow Homes LLC, owner and developer of Trails of Blue Ridge Phase II requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat.

LOCATION AND SIZE
Located off CR 619, just west of SH 78 and South of The Trails of Blue Ridge Phase I Subdivision. See location map attached. This phase consists of Fifty-six (56) residential lots ranging in size from 1.00 acres to 2.00 acres and two (2) Common Area Lots. The lots do not front on an existing county road; therefore road construction is required.

ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The owner has submitted constructions plans and final plat for review. The plans show adequate road cross-sections and drainage patterns within the subdivision. On-site sewage facilities are suitable for this subdivision. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Verona Special Utility District. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision. Road construction, or the appropriate financial security, will be required before the plat can be filed.

ACTION
We request Commissioners Court consideration for the approval of the Final Plat for Trails of Blue Ridge Phase II.
