This memorandum is respectfully submitted requesting the court’s approval to do a budget amendment moving funds which would allow us to cover the expenses for supplemental training pay. We would like to move $700 from 001-5030-641.40-14. $500 would be moved to Minimum Security, 001-5050-641.40-14 and $200 moved to Inmate Transfer, 001-5070-641.40-14.

Department FY 2017 Adopted Budget includes supplemental pay for SO Admin and Jail Departments. Supplemental pay has been utilized for these 2 departments as well as Minimum Security and Inmate Transfer. Budget Amendment to reallocate funds from Jail to Minimum Security and Inmate Transfer to cover expenditures to date. Budgeted funds available per budget adjustments attached in the amount of $700. 001 - General Fund
