Commissioners Court authorized the use of eminent domain to acquire six (6) parcels of land needed for future construction of the Collin County Outer Loop – US Highway 75 Interchange.

A Special Commissioner’s Hearing for the final parcel located at the northeast corner of this interchange was held on February 21, 2017. Staff would like to present the Special Commissioners award for consideration.
