Department Action

Alejandro Solis-Loyola and Maria Anjelica Posada-Sanchez, owners of Lot 15, a 10.71 acre lot in the Hilltop Acres, are requesting a variance from the County’s Subdivision regulations in order to replat lot 15 into two lots.

COMPLAINCE WITH REGULATIONS
Subdivision regulations stipulate that lots in a cul-de-sac must have a minimum of 80’ of road frontage. The existing 10.71 acre lot has approximately 110’ feet of current frontage. The owner is proposing two lots with 30’ and 80’ of frontage, therefore, one of the resulting lots would not comply with the subdivision regulations.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court not approve the variance for Lot 15 of the Hilltop Acres.
