Information

Department Action

The projects are under design with construction to start in the summer or early fall of 2017. The projects include paving, signals, drainage, utility and pedestrian improvements. Details of the projects are below:

Parker Rd at Coit Rd
• dual left turn for eastbound and westbound

Parker Rd at Alma
• southbound dedicated right turn on Alma and a westbound dedicated right turn on Parker

The City estimates the total costs of the project to be $2,400,000. The county’s share will total $1,150,200.

ACTION:
We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Plano for Intersection Improvements along the Parker Rd Corridor to include Parker Rd. at Coit Rd. and Parker Rd. at Alma; 2007 Bond Project #07-058, Collin County participation $1,150,200 and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Plano concerning the design and construction of Parker Road corridor improvements (Parker Rd. at Coit Rd. and Parker Rd. at Alma), 2007 Bond Project #07-058; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. md

Collin County participation is a NTE $1,150,200.00.
