Department Action

The Law Library respectfully requests the adoption of the attached Renewal Letter to extend the term of the current contract between Collin County and Michelle Ray (formerly Michelle Warmbrodt) in connection with the review of pro se legal forms for the Law Library. Assignment and Assumption for the name change is on Agenda Item No. 42929.

The Law Library requests that the contract be extended from the current end term of April 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017, at which time the contract will be reviewed for further extension.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract renewal to Agreement No. 2015-074, Professional Services Agreement with Michelle Ray for an Attorney to conduct forms review for the Law Library, to extend contract at the same terms and conditions of the contract for the period April 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. go

Budgeted funds available for the Law Library Forms Review in the Law Library Fund (021). Agreement No. 2015-074 is being extended through September 30, 2017. Assignment and Assumption for the name change is on Agenda Item No. 42929.
