Department Action

Request approval of Amendment #1 to the Interlocal Agreement with The General Land Office, Contract No. 2014-205, as follows: 1) Section 1.01 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “1.01 Term: This contract shall be effective for a Primary Term of June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2020. HOWEVER, the Contract shall be extended for each subsequent biennium if the requisite funding is appropriated by the Texas Legislature for the GLO and Receiving Agency for such biennium”; 2) The Exhibit B attached to the contract is hereby deleted, and the Exhibit B attached to this Amendment No. 1 is substituted in its place; 3) The language of Section 4.02(ii) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following language, “the product of the month’s Index Gas Volume(s) times the Index Gas Price, plus”; 4) Section 4.02(iii) is deleted in its entirety, and subsequent clauses (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii) are renumbered (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) respectively. Except as amended and modified herein, the terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect. Furthermore, authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
