Requesting a budget amendment for substitute court reporting fund. We have used 7359.00 of our original budget of 9360.00, due to increase in contested probate/guardianship matters where a jury trial is requested and visiting court reporter is required. Reguesting an amendment of 7500.00 to cover the cost of any additional matters this budget year.
