We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court to approve the Amendment to the Animal Control & Animal Shelter Services Agreement with the City of Weston. This amendment provides a contract for 1-year period, from May 1, 2017 and continuing through May 1, 2018.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services with the City of Weston, AGR 2017-208, to set the rate for FY2017 to be effective May 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017; further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. sp
