FYI - Notification of Amendment No. 1 to Insurance for underground storage tanks from McGriff, Seibels, and Williams through Liberty Surplus Insurance Corporation. Annual payment in the amount of: $24,558.45, deductible is $25,000 on all tanks with the exception of the two (2) older tanks at service center, 1988 tank)will have a $100,000 deductible and 1993 tank has a $50,000.00 deductible .
