We respectfully request that Commissioners’ Court approve 2017-074 Supplies: Veterinary and Animal Care Supplies

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award IFB No. 2017-074, Supplies Veterinary and Animal Care Supplies to lowest and best various bidders per the attached contract data sheet and per VTCA LGC 262.027 (b) if two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid/ the Commissioners court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge.

Two (2) Items resulted in tie bids and fall into the Lot Draw requirements:
Item 13:
Medications and Vaccines: Virbantel – Canine Small, 30 mg, 50/bottle (Midwest Veterinary Supply and MWI Animal Health)
Item 14:
Medications and Vaccines: Virbantel – Canine Med-Large, 114mg, 50/bottle (Midwest Veterinary Supply and MWI Animal Health)
