Department Action

The Information Technology Department would like to request approval from Commissioner’s Court for the attached Verizon Rebroadcast Agreement at no charge to the County. This agreement is in conjunction with Contract 2016-207, Cellular Antenna System for Myers Park Show Barn.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval Agreement with Dallas MTA, L.P. dba Verizon Wireless for Multicarrier Rebroadcast Agreement and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. This agreement is in conjunction with the Cellular Antenna for Myers Park Show Barn, Contract 2016-207. There is no additional cost associated with this agreement. sh

Requesting approval of the Verizon Rebroadcast Agreement at no cost to the County for the Myer's Park Cellular Antenna. No action by Budget.
