Consideration for approval to authorize Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Jacobs Engineering to perform additional work (Thoroughfare and Transit Plan Map Revisions, Outer Loop Additional Travel Demand Model Runs, and Thoroughfare and Transit Plan Update in East Collin County) to the 2014 Mobility Plan Update as outline in the attached memo. Also seek approval of a budget adjustment of $132,900 to perform these services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract amendment No. 1 to contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., AGR 2015-188, Collin County Mobility Plan Additional Demographics and Travel Demand Modeling Services, to add additional services per Task 4, in the amount of $107,380.40 plus additional travel demand model runs for $8,432.90 each ($25,298.70 for three runs); further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. MD

Funding available for Budget Adjustment requested in the amount of $132,900 from the 2007 Bond Series Road Contingency funds (430).

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the Unlimited Tax Road Bonds 2007 Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval.
