Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No. 5 to the Interlocal Teen Court Services Agreement, Town of Little Elm, contract 2014-132, to extend the contract for one (1) year beginning October 1, 2017 through and including September 30, 2018, further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. This Agreement is with the Town of Little Elm for Teen Court Services in the amount of $15,000 to be paid to Collin County in quarterly payments. sp
