 Consideration and approval of Amendment No. 7 to contract 07335-10 with Dr. James Shupe for psychological services for the Probate Court in the amount of $72,000. The request is to extend the contract effective October 1, 2017 through and including September 30, 2018 at the same terms and conditions. Fees for Dr. Shupe's services will not increase with this amendment.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action for approval of Amendment No. 7 to Physician's Services Agreement with Dr. James Shupe, AGR No. 07335-10 to extend contract period for additional year and allow Purchasing Agent to execute same.
