Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval of Change Order No. 1 for the Healthcare Parking Lot Project, Q41502.
PCO 1 – This change order is to remove concrete and thicker asphalt under the top layer of asphalt in multiple areas of the parking lot. This concrete and asphalt showed up in one of the soil borings and that area was included in the original scope for removal. During construction additional areas not shown in the other 5 soil borings were found and removed for a total of 412 sq yds of concrete and 72 sq yds of asphalt.
