Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1) Approval to purchase of BallotBoard Signature Verification Software and hardware for processing absentee ballot by mail (ABBM) documents. 2) Approve Votec Corporation as the sole source provider for the BallotBoard Signature Verification Software(per attached affidavit) and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A). cw
