The Collin County Sheriff's Office is notifying the Commissioners Court of a budget amendment for the purpose of utilizing seized funds. This budget amendment is to be used to move funds from the General Forfeiture Account into the One Time Budget Fund. Money will be used to purchase Visor Lights for one of the unmarked police vehicles.
