Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the attached contract amendment to extend the ILA contract providing the City of Farmersville fire inspection and fire plan review services from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew Fire Inspection and Plans City of Farmersville, agreement 2014-058 at the same terms and conditions for the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. go

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Farmersville for fire inspections and fire plan review services. Farmersville to pay Collin County $5,750 a year for the services provided by Collin County. Renewal term is October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.

Revenues included in the FY 2018 Estimates.
