The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Courts authorization to begin negotiating a scope and fee with the two highest qualified engineering firms to prepare design plans and construction documents for the projects listed below. These firms received the highest score as determined by the Purchasing Department’s evaluation of ranking sheets.
