Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of the lease agreement between Collin County and Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County for property located at 2205 Los Rios, Plano, Tx. Four offices consisting of approximately 556 square feet are occupied by the child abuse detectives from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office; in addition approximately 420 square feet is common space. The lease would be effective September 1, 2017 and terminate August 31, 2022 with a monthly lease amount of $1,204 requested for the first year and a 1% increase each year for the next four years of the lease.

The lease is effective September 1, 2017 through and including August 31, 2022. Budgeted funds available upon adoption of the FY 2018 Budget in the amount of $1,204 a month. Years two through five increase at one percent each year. Lease term is September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2022. Future funding available pending budget adoption. General Fund (001).

Funds available in the General Fund. Budget anticipated to be approved for FY 2018.
