This is to request approval of a contract amendment to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission FY 2014 single-year Discretionary Grant for eManagement, contract 212-14-D05, in the amount of $436,240. The amendment extends the grant period from August 31, 2017 to January 31, 2018. The grant award was accepted on court order #2013-838-10-14.
