Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Courts authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Agreement with the highest qualified engineer for the design of parking lot and driveway improvements at Myers Park and Event Center. The lump sum fee for these services, including prints and deliverables is $154,976.76.

Open Space Bond Funds in the amount of $200,000 were approved for this project by Commissioner’s Court Order No. 2017-575-08-07.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of a scope and fee for the design of parking lot and driveway improvements at Myers Park and Event Center and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into an Engineering Services Agreement with the Engineer . md

Selection of the highest qualified engineer was approved by Court Order No. 2017-574-08-07. Open Space Bond Funds in the amount of $200,000 were approved for this project by Commissioner’s Court Order No. 2017-575-08-07.
