Department Action

I am respectfully requesting the commissioner's Court approve the attached ILA with New Hope. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2017 and continue in full force through September 30, 2018. The agreement is good for one year with 3 annual renewals.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with the Town of New Hope and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

Budget Department Action

Funding is available upon adoption of the FY2018 budget and approval of the remaining three ILAs. New Hope is one of 4 cities to reimburse less than 25% of a Deputy and startup cost which includes a vehicle and equipment. Neveda, Lowry Crossing (AI 43650) & St Paul are identified as the other cities to share the cost of this Deputy and vehicle.

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the General Fund. Budget anticipated to be approved for FY 2018. Reimbursement revenues are included in FY 2018 estimates.
