Animal Services respectfully requests that Commissioners’ Court approve this Change Order which reflects, three items to be added, and an extension to the contract period as seen on the Change Order.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 1 to Supplies: Veterinary and Animal Care Supplies, Contract No. 2017-074 to NAO Global Health LLC and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. This change order will renew contract for the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 and add items to the contract. sh
