This is to request Commissioners Court approve ratification of the FY2018 Grant for Teen Court - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Evaluation and Treatment through the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division - Contract 3261401, state funding in the amount of $31,800.00.

Grant period is effective beginning October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 with no County match required.
