I am requesting approval of an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the
City of Murphy.

This agreement is for Jail Services through and including September 30, 2018,
and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2017-304 Interlocal Jail Services for the City of Murphy, from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. go
