Public Works is requesting Commissioners' Court consideration and approval to award IFB 2017-227, Road Materials, Asphaltic Concrete, to the low bidders meeting specifications for Road Materials, Asphaltic Concrete as per the attached spreadsheet.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award IFB 2017-227, Road Materials, Asphaltic Concrete to the lowest and best bidders per the attached contract data sheet, and per VTCA LGC 262.027 (b) if two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid/ the Commissioners court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge. One (1) line item resulted in tie bids and fall into the Lot Draw requirements, Line Item 72: Surface Zone 7: Type B with RAP and/or RAS Delivered (Lane Construction and Texas Bit). gz
