Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Farmersville. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2017 and continuing through and including September 30, 2018 at a cost to the City of Farmersville $8,780.00 for Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 11 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facility Construction and Use of an Animal Shelter with the City of Farmersville, AGR 10103-09, to set the rate for FY2018 to be effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sp
