We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement with the City of Melissa. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2017 and continuing through and including September 30, 2018 at a cost to the City of Melissa $19,976.00 for Animal Control Services.

 Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 11 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Animal Control Services with the City of Melissa, AGR 10111-09, to set the rate for FY2018 to be effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.  sp
