Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Lucas. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2017 and continuing through and including September 30, 2018 at a cost to the City of Lucas $14,970.00 for Animal Shelter services.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 10 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Lucas, AGR 10096-09, to set the rate for FY2018 to be effective October 1, 2017 and continuing through and including September 30, 2018; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. mc
