Request approval to award a bid for Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (year 1 & 2 UPS Replacement Project #P40003), IFB No. 2017-182, to the lowest bidder, Power Systems Engineering, at a total cost of $704,002.00. Furthermore, request authorization to trade-in existing equipment as listed on the documentation attached.

Total cost of the project is $704,002. Budgeted funds available per 001-Facilities Shared in FY18 Project N40104 and in Project P40003 which is encumbered on the FY17-FY18 carryover PO #219017.
