This memorandum is respectfully submitted requesting the court’s approval to purchase uniforms from Red the Uniform Tailor utilizing the following Cooperative contracts.

1)     City of Frisco – Law Enforcement Uniforms – Bid No. 1306-061
2)     City of Frisco – Fire Department Uniforms – Bid No. 1405-067
3)     Tarrant County – Annual Contract for Law Enforcement Uniforms – Bid No. 2016-017

After a wear test comparison between Blauer, Flying Cross, and Horace Small, we chose Blauer as the vendor. Blauer was chosen due to garment quality, wearability, appearance, and functionality associated with job assignments.
