Department Action

The owners of lots 2 and 3 are seeking to subdivide these two lots into three lots, 4 5 and 6. Lot 4 will be 1.27 acres. Lot 5 will be 3.77 acres and lot 6 will be 4.66 acres. The replat does meet the County’s Subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the one other land owner in the Pham Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

ACTION
1) Hold Public Hearing for the Replat of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of the Pham Estates Subdivision,
2) Consider Approval of the Replat of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of the Pham Estates Subdivision.
