Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests that the Commissioner’s Court approve the attached ILA with Inspiration Community. The agreement shall commence on October 1, 2017 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2019. The agreement is good for two years.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement with Collin County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 (Inspiration Community) for Law Enforcement Services and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Inspiration Community will reimburse 50% of a Deputy and startup cost which includes a vehicle and equipment. Seis Lagos MUDS is identified as the other entity to share some cost of this position and equipment. Funding is currently in program contingency and will be moved once the ILA for Seis Lagos MUDS is approved. 001 - General Fund
