This is notification to establish a budget of $43,510 for the FY 2018 Title IV-E County Legal Services grant, which provides for the partial reimbursement of county legal services for CPS cases. The current grant term is 10/01/2017 through 9/30/2018.

The funds come from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services under Contract #23939924, and are a pass-through of federal funds originating from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
